RETURN POLICY – LEGAL NOTICE

1. Scope of Policy
This Return Policy (“Policy”) governs all sales of trading cards, collectibles, and sealed products (“Products”) made by the Seller, whether in person, online, or through any third-party marketplace. By completing a purchase, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein.

Condition Guarantee Policy:

Condition disputes for purchased cards can be sent to shamangamesstore@gmail.com. Please submit the condition it was sold, as well as the condition you believe it is. Our team will respond within 2 business days. Singles in disputable condition are exempt from the all sales final condition 

-Cards under $25 will be fully refunded as store credit including shipping costs

-Cards over $25 will be refunded as their difference in value to the correct condition plus 10%. 

2. All Sales Final – No Returns or Exchanges

2.1 All sales of individual trading cards, including but not limited to raw cards, graded cards, semi-rigid protected cards, or any single collectible card (“Singles”), are final and non-refundable. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to disputes over condition, valuation, or buyer’s remorse.

2.2 All sales of sealed products, including but not limited to booster packs, booster boxes, elite trainer boxes (ETBs), tins, sealed promo products, or any factory-sealed merchandise (“Sealed Products”), are final and non-refundable. Under no circumstances may Sealed Products be returned or exchanged after purchase.

2.3 The Buyer accepts full responsibility for ensuring the suitability of the Product prior to purchase.
