RETURN POLICY – LEGAL NOTICE

1. Scope of Policy
This Return Policy (“Policy”) governs all sales of trading cards, collectibles, and sealed products (“Products”) made by the Seller, whether in person, online, or through any third-party marketplace. By completing a purchase, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein.

2. All Sales Final – No Returns or Exchanges

2.1 All sales of individual trading cards, including but not limited to raw cards, graded cards, semi-rigid protected cards, or any single collectible card (“Singles”), are final and non-refundable. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to disputes over condition, valuation, or buyer’s remorse.

2.2 All sales of sealed products, including but not limited to booster packs, booster boxes, elite trainer boxes (ETBs), tins, sealed promo products, or any factory-sealed merchandise (“Sealed Products”), are final and non-refundable. Under no circumstances may Sealed Products be returned or exchanged after purchase.

2.3 The Buyer accepts full responsibility for ensuring the suitability of the Product prior to purchase.

3. Condition Acknowledgement

3.1 The Seller represents that all products are authentic at the time of sale.

3.2 For Singles, the condition described or depicted in photos/videos is provided as a good-faith assessment. By completing the transaction, the Buyer acknowledges they have reviewed all available condition details and accepts the Product “as-is” and “with all faults.”

3.3 The Seller makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding grading outcomes, future market value, or investment potential.

4. Shipping Issues

4.1 In the event of damage or loss during transit, the Buyer must notify the Seller within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence.
4.2 The seller’s obligation is limited solely to assisting the buyer with any applicable shipping-carrier claim, if available.
4.3 This Policy does not obligate the seller to provide refunds or replacements for Products damaged after delivery or due to mishandling by the Buyer.

5. Fraud Prevention & Tampering

5.1 Due to industry-wide concerns regarding resealing, weighing, substitution, and tampering, returns on Singles or Sealed Products cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
5.2 The Buyer agrees that this prohibition is reasonable and necessary to protect the integrity of the Products and the fairness of all transactions.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from the seller, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Return Policy. The seller reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates shall apply to all purchases made after the date of revision.
